Can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy staff here. I have the Flu and the hospital RX me a syrup that has apparently been on backorder for a year and I tried to have it filled at 6 different pharmacies. I had actually even called Walmart and they told me they had it in stock, only to drive my sick self there and be told I was misunderstood on the phone and they don’t actually have it. So on a whim I stopped at Publix on my way home and they didn’t have the exact syrup that the doctor prescribed, the pharmacist offered to fill the syrup without the decongestant and give me the decongestant tablets to take with every dose of syrup. Why none of the other pharmacies I had tried even offered that, I’m assuming just lack of patient care. Publix pharmacy staff at this location went above and beyond. Thank you

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
