Ocean View worked for me in Tower 1.

Tower 2.
They are both great. I don't care for the 4. Probably elevators are busier in tower 2, view might be marginally better.
Not sure. I was in Tower 4..but I'm sure all rooms are similar.
2 is in the middle cost more points but in essence they're all the same. Tower 1 2 and 3 are all on the ocean side of the street
4 is across the street so either of those are equally good.
