We were in tower 4 and our room had a ocean view. Are room was on the 11th floor.
Depends on the floor and location within the building. However, mostly obstructed views (as noted below, its across the street). Towers 1, 2 and 3 are beachfront. Great location!!!
No It is on the other side of the street from Towers 1 2 and 3 which have ocean views
