Do the cabins have mini fridges? Also do you need a North Carolina fishing license to fish on the Kia grounds?

No they have normal fridges

Only the deluxe cabins have fridges, and I believe you do need a license

No mini fridges in the rustic cabins. You need a costal licences to fish the surf.
