Yes. It is rarely closed. I believe only Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Hours may vary for Holidays & weekends best to check on line. February has some great exhibits since Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's birthday and Black History month are in February. Also Presidents Day is a separate date. Enjoy your time. Wish I could be there.
