Constantly lying and trying to cheat people. I am fed up and reporting them to the Department of Insurance and filing for small claims court ASAP. I am only waiting, due to having recent surgery, but I am not accepting a big loss for a truck I had just purchased 5 weeks before.
I was involved in an accident on April 8 2020 with a vehicle that has the same insurance company as me I haven't heard anything from the Insurance company since the end of April all they kept telling me was they can't get in contact with other Driver meanwhile I got my Vehicle fix but now having to find another one cause vehicle been messing up since the Wreck.Being a loyal customer I would at least thought they would've contacted me by now.
