Very unresponsive, I have left multiple messages/sent numerous emails to my adjuster Jami on claim #165406. It's been 53 days since I was struck in the rear on 85 by your insured and I can't get anything beyond, we can't get ahold of our insured and are investigating. I've had 36 cars with multiple insurance companies, never this type of unprofessional, unresponsive, uncooperative, lack of respect. Would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Bad bad sorry unprofessional company my first month getting them pay full coverage 200 month they never answer phone for my claim! My car been sitting for a week ! I will definitely switching my services never again don’t get them!!

Yes I totally I agree my car wreck on Sunday still haven't got rental yet I work everyday this is ridiculous any other company have adjuster to in 24hrs I just call the picture taker guy cause he says hit adjuster like what the heck he says he out of town he get back with me Monday I'm so upset this not business at all
They are the worst company I've ever be with. Please check your declaration page to make sure you have medical pay. If not you are doomed.
I really don't know about a medical lien. And why they don't fight for their ppl is beyond me

7/5/2020- My husband was rear ended by someone with a revoked license, ended up going to the hospital, the truck I had just bought was totaled. They still have not settled with me over the truck. The adjuster keeps trying to give me the lowest possible value, causing me to be punished for their client knowingly letting someone drive without a license . She was on the scene and admitted letting him drive her car. My husband was stopped at a stop light, and the driver didn't even brake, no skid marks at all, I do have pictures. Every time I call and request customer service, and provide the claim number, I get sent to the voice mail of the adjuster. I end up hanging up. I called the NC Dpt of Ins, was asked about the Valuation Report, which was supposed to be sent to me within 10 days of the accident and wasn't sent until I requested it in Sept. The adjuster had.that day sent a letter giving me 10 days to settle or was going to close the claim. So small claims, filing a comp

Barely! I had to pay putt of pocket until they decided they was going to reimburse me. I paid $430 for the rental for the days I had it... which was 6 days total. My tow was $80. This company had the audacity to pay me back $110!!!! I was LIVID!
They are good people give them time
