Had no problems had a 1:30 pm appointment arrive at 11:30 am. I checked in no problem got my door they started loading me and was finished 12:30 pm I will visit again. The only problem it's out in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to drive some back roads but it is a circle k truck stop that you can camp out at 11 miles range from the warehouse.
