You can ask when you check in that you have a large vehicle and would like to park on the ground level. I see full size SUVs there. We use pathfinder and it was fine to drive through the floors. With cargo box on the top of sienna may be too high. Watch sprinkler nozzles on the ceiling if your car can get under them.
Parking is horrible...We had a minivan when we went and it was very challenging getting from floor to floor..Best bet get a small car or be a great driver.
Yes u can get on the first floor and lower level only....there maybe times it's harder to find a spot to park...especially when returning from say dinner or and event to late..
No, the ground level of the parking garage is reserved for cargo carriers and larger vehicles. It will actually be nice because you'll always get to park on the same level. Plus diving in their parking garage is not fun.
