Bobby at the front office is not very inviting and had an attitude. I believe she might be a tad bit racist. Gave my ID and insurance card to her and she tells me the card is inactive even tho I just got my card. She refused to try and re enter the card number or anything even after calling the insured party. Went to a different office and had absolutely no problems with my insurance. I believe she purposely didn’t enter it into the system right.

The Carolina Forest location is currently closed. You may go to our Strand office or Conway. We are currently only testing patients for Covid if they have symptoms.
