I rented condo 143 from July 23-30 2022. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The place is extremely outdated and musty smelling. Bathroom door handle came off as I tried to close the door. Cockroach in the condo (dead). Toilet seat broken. Door locks don’t work well. No washer and dryer as advertised. Only plus was the beach access. Rented through vacation rentals.

very small for two bedrooms n two bath. very outdated. 2nd bedroom has no ac or heat, just ceiling fan. on positive it is right on beach and the owner is very pleasant.

Normally those places are all timeshare units. Some allow renting to the outside and some dont. To get in contact with the ones that rent to the outside i would say you would have to know someone that does from there. With that being said if you can i highly highly recommend it.
It depends on the owners. Many do offer monthly rentals. You can inquire at the time of booking using services like VRBO and HomeAway.
Many owners do offer rentals over the winter months. Most people I know, including myself advertise on VRBO. You can enter your dates on the site and see what prices owners are asking. We have customers who contact us directly to avoid the additional fees charged by VRBO.
Each unit provides wifi service to renters, and in my experience it is good reliable service (road runner).
Wal-Mart is right around the corner. Lots of places to walk to. I love it here!
