I stayed in this Hotel using an Airbnb hosted by Bryant (he says he is a first responder) - co-hosts are Brenda and Keith. Unit is #1108 with partial view of ocean. PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH HIM!!!!! Why? I'll list here: 1- the place has 2 very old ACs and both are COVERED - I repeat - COVERED in BLACK MOLD. It's stuffed with dust all around it and although host charges us almost $200 for cleaning - I had to go and try to clean it (it's very hard - you'd have to pop it open to clean properly) - This alone shows me the place is NASTY. 2- BLACK MOLD ON CEILINGS 3- RUSTED APPLIANCES RIGHT ABOVE your bed (in case breathing black mold isn't good enough, you'll breathe fine sparks of rust) 4- Every single surface was dusty, old and/or broken. 5- COCKROACHES everywhere coming from inside the walls. 6- HOLES ON WALLS, DIRTY DOORS - honestly, everything other than the kitchen area felt very nasty to the touch. I was grossed out. Doors were supposed to be white but had red stains on it. Was it blood?? 7- Bathroom walls had BLOND HAIR on it on day one. They didn't even clean the walls of the bathroom. On top of all that, the host left us a bad review for asking Airbnb to help us with parking when his covered parking garage (that he secured was always available to us) got full and we had to drive around town trying to find a parking space in the middle of the night. Extremelly unsafe. He is the owner of the condo, he knows if the building will do maintenance on it because I talked with other owners there and they knew about it. So basically he didn't like that we asked airbnb for help after his response was "just reach security". Very rude. Please view my pictures for proof. ***The hotel itself is simple and common areas were updated. Pools are ok. Pizza place is good. Security is good too. Please beware who you are renting from though, because your experience might be ruined like mine was.

It is a very nice place, we stayed on the 9th floor, full ocean front balcony. They do have a bar and pools, some restrictions on activities due to Covid. It appears to be a part of a timeshare, we rented our space from VRBO
If you rented through an air bnb I would get in touch with them. The cleaner is suppose to let the owner know immediately of forgotten items. If not the security is really good at Bluewater sonid ask then
Yes. You just need to have the parking permit which are like wrist bands to put on handle bars. Also the only thing I did not like was our Roadking was parked in the parking garage across the street along with trailer that I could not see it. But the garage is secure so wasn't worried about it. Great views of ocean and beach. Has 4 pools.
Laundry facilties are in each of the larger condo units that are oceanfront and there's an on-site landromat for the hotel-like efficiencies. Yes. Fitness Center. Indoor and outdoor pools. Indoor jacuzzi and sauna.
You get 1 parking pass and the parking garage is across the street behind the villas. You need your key card to get into the garage. There is 15 minutes parking at the entrance of the resort and I highly suggest using those to unload all of your stuff. They have carts to load your luggage onto.
All the pools, lazy river, dry sauna, restaurant and hot tubs are open.
Yes, it's in the main bldg. But there are also other options along Ocean blvd & lots on main hwy

There are no grills on property nor are they allowed on balcony. You would have to go to a local park or state park for grilling.
