It is a very nice place, we stayed on the 9th floor, full ocean front balcony. They do have a bar and pools, some restrictions on activities due to Covid. It appears to be a part of a timeshare, we rented our space from VRBO
The building, BlueWater Resort has numerous pools and hot tubs, plus an onsite restaurant! It is NOT a timeshare and NEVER has been. Each of the condos are individually owned. We ourselves own and manage 3 OCEANFRONT units that we use as short term rentals, but unlike most units here, our condos have been totally renovated! New shaker style white kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite, new furniture, etc... We would love to host you! Thank you.
