Gotta say armadillo cycles was a good experience. They stayed a little late the day I blew my tire as I was just making it at closing time half hour after I was told last call. They didn’t just throw my Q3 on and send me on my way. They cleaned and greased my chain (no charge). Business was closed and it was after hours so got offered refreshments. Since the I have bought 2 helmets, gloves and a shield to give back to their business cause they treated me like we known each other for years. Just met the guys. Cool peeps that’s for sure and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I should bash another company as I write a review for a different however my experience at redline was nowhere near as enjoyable. It was horrific. Armadillo all the way💯🇺🇸💯

!DO NOT RECOMMEND!I bought a bike from them no problem but I wanted to take it back after a few months to try to sale it back and I was only asking 6,000-6500 and he wouldn’t even offer me anything. He claimed he bought 3 bikes and Couldn’t afford to buy anymore. Plus I bought it for 7,200 and my husband spend 3,000 with them to get stuff done to his bike and they claimed they would only need it for 1 week but ended up having it for almost 3 weeks because they needed more time to simply lower it and put a full exhaust on. All they do is talk good here to get your money and then google and YouTube everything to make it look like they know what they are doing.

Two tires and an oil change. Work was ok. But for the life of me, I can’t understand why they didn’t clean the bead lube off the rims while the wheels were off the bike. It’s either a lack of attention to detail, or laziness. TPMS light came on immediately, further indicating inattention. Also, expect to pay a hefty % premium if using a debit/credit card - ridiculous business practice and makes them look shady. Next time I’ll go to the dealer. 1. I don’t have whitewalls. But, I’m still cleaning your crud off my rims 2. Credit/debit card surcharges are the exception, not the rule. Try offering a cash discount, you won’t look so petty. 3. Your response indicates you don’t give a hoot about customer concerns. Good luck.

Everyone there is great and helpful......I've been taking my bikes there for 6+years NEVER been disappointed!!! they do have busy times but are ALWAYS accommodating
