The location is great, the people are friendly and professional and the massage therapist I had was super attentive. Laina (sorry if the spelling is wrong) asked good questions and listened to my answers and really did a great job following through for my needs.

scheduled a massage with Ty,. they told me the day before to come 15 minutes early to do paperwork. then FIFTEEN MINUTES before my appointment when i’m already in the parking lot they call and say he got sick during his last massage and wouldn’t make it in. i won’t be rescheduling i’d expect better from such a big massage chain. it feels like a dodged a major bullet with this place considering the lack of professionalism and consideration for my time. if i would have cancelled 15 minutes before my appointment they MOST DEFINITELY would have had no problem charging my card. disappointing but i’m glad they didn’t get any of my money
