These people never call you back they send letters wanting verification of sonething..which I dont know what they want so you call and call and call and never get a return call all the while if they dont get there documents in 5 days smh

I agree with Carl go down there. My mom has to call repeatedly through the day to try to reach her caseworker. If you cant make it there call every hour and leave a voicemail once a day
