There were some campers but not in the assigned lot, some across the street behind businesses and other lots on the facility

They have very strict security. They're very careful with their guests well-being. I'm sure they don't want something harmful to befall you. I stayed there for a month and a half. Great staff, decent guests. I highly recommend this ministry.
