From May 1 through Labor Day, pets are allowed on the boardwalk only between 5 and 10 a.m. From the day after Labor Day through April 30, pets are allowed on the boardwalk at any time, but must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up and properly dispose of any droppings.

Since it is after Labor day, dogs are allowed on the beach/boardwalk anytime of day. At all times dogs must be on a leash 7 feet or shorter and dog owners must pick up and dispose of droppings properly.

I saw several on a leash when I was there..... Probably would need to be conditioned to loud noise, etc.

I saw no dogs in there plus you have to go indoors before you get on the board walk so I'd assume not
