Right now they are supposed to have a special on memberships. Usually a basic membership is 45$ and they are supposed to give you a 10$ gift card after getting it. They have several memberships to choose from and prices vary. But, so do the abilities to save money and specials. Go into a Sam's and to the service desk to go over options.
45.00 standard and 100.00 for the upgrade a year. You can do the upgrade and go down to the standard if you choose to.
The price is as stated in other post. But you can get it cheaper on some apps. Google sams membership deals.

Depends if u want regular or up grade with more benifits 40 or I think 65 but worth either depending on how much u buy
I believe 40 dollars is what is charge, not sure.
