Every time I call and they if my car has ever been there and I say no, they always tell me that they are booked but open on 3 days later! Why do you ask that question if you can't even offer to work me in?

I always call for a appt. at least 3 days in advance for oil change because I know they are busy as most places are. They ask if you have been there because you would be in their computer and it's easy to see what has been done in the past and if there are any recalls that take more time. Give them a chance, Eddie in the service dept. is great,very helpful and I am sure if you had an emergency he would do his best to work you in. They are great to work with.
