There's alot I could say. But to keep it short and sweet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody unless your a 60+ year old Karen's with nothing better to do than bother people on vacation. Also make sure you carefully check all the signs around the property because they like to write things on them with sharpie and call it "rules".

Love this place, just had our second visit, stayed in anchorage 2 305, beautiful unit. Great quiet location with beach across the street. Building and grounds are well kept and clean

Not sure about the winter rates. However it is an awesome place to stay.
I have stayed there. I don't belong to the rental company. She can Google the name and it might just rent from owner.
Hi Anthony, The HOA does not allow golf carts, trailers or motorcycles to be parking on the property.
Yes there are beach front views as the beach is across the street. You can rent accommodations directly across from the beach or have a beach view. I believe to get the condos directly across from the beach you need to reserve very early
