I had book vacation rental 3rd party and they messed up my rental. But the nice gentleman helped me out and introduced me to Kevin. Kevin was a life saver and got me into one of his rentals. On the north side of mrytle beach people little stand offish but we can across few new people here.. my rental was clean and just what we needed minus needing a broom and garbage bags. I will definitely be calling Kevin when we rental again. I don't wanna be on 3rd floor tho. LOL..

We really loved this place. It's perfect size for a family of 4. It has a really nice layout inside and out. There's two pools, sauna, steamroom, gym, and a hot tub. There is also a restaurant and bar onsite. It's about 5 minute walk from the ocean too.

Very comfortable relaxing atmosphere, lots of activities, and a very nice beach. Great vacation spot!
