The old building was on the Chicago Haunted tours...the new building isn't but the spectral occupant still lets you know they are there if you are sensitive enough
The long time owner believes so. Since the remodeling activities contine. Workman had stories of experiences. In the old building at 3:00 AM with the business closed I heard furniture moving across the floor and found nothing to explain the event.
I'd say spooky at best.
