I'll stick to FEDEX before UPS. How do you lose a whole package at your facility (Marietta, OH). I been waiting over a week and FINALLY it says I can request a refund because package is LOST. Thanks UPS I greatly appreciate your irresponsibleness

Having worked in a business that utilized both FedEx and UPS, it happens...not a lot but it happens. Think of it like, have you ever in your life made a mistake? Then multiply that times billions of packages being handled by hundreds of thousands of different people. It sucks when it happens, but appreciate the many millions of time it doesn't happen.
