Great place to get community information. The staff was nice, but if your allergic to cats stay away, they always have cats in there. Doesn't smell bad though.

No, it does not, unfortunately. However, the tour starts at 10am, and it's generally cooler at that time of day. All the windows are open, so there's plenty of fresh air.
