Processing fee for adding money is $3 online and $5.99 on the phone. Additionally, in order to add $30 for phone calls, the "tax" is over 8 dollars!!! Obviously this increases incrementally. So to add $30 for calls, I had to pay over $41 dollars. The customer service representative from India even told me it's a scam LOLLLLL. Now we know why poor/lower income families are in poverty! The jail system punishes the families to talk to their loved ones. What's really funny is that it's 2020, like phone calls aren't free over WiFi or something 😊

Washington County should have judges available for arraignments 7 days a week both morning and evening. Washington County should have a doctor available to approve any and all medications that must be taken daily by anyone who becomes incarcerated. I am epileptic and take antiseizure medications daily. WCJ refused to give me any of my medication. So I had several seizures while incarcerated. Every single employee I met was unkind and unprofessional. It's poorly operated and doesn't have to be.

What can I say? It's the county jail, keeps people locked up who potentially committed a crime.
