My mother had a appointment and was treated so disrespectfully by a employee named Kyle it was utterly unacceptable and there needs to be some accountability I understand people have bad days but they he treated her was awful I do not recommend.

It was Kyle who had me crying on the phone, he doesn't need to be working in the public,like I said, he needs to get a job as a security guard so that he doesn't have to be around people, he is NOT people friendly
