I don't know about clothes but they are giving out a $75.00 voucher for socks and shoes and it's your choice if u want it for Shoe Department or Walmart. The only way they'll do it is if u are her legal guardian I think u have to get food stamps or medical card to be able to apply for it and they will want the last 30 days of income and they ask how much all of your utilities cost I have 2 kids and I had to do all of that and I got $75.00 a piece for them and wherever you get it for say the shoes are $20.00 that leaves $55.00 u can get a bunch of socks or her extra shoes or even yourself a pair I always get myself a pair if there's money left after I get them socks and shoes it's a pretty good deal.
