Although the beginning of the process was touch and go, and we played phone tag for a few weeks, once the ball was rolling on the service I required there was no waiting. That was until I came to drop off my papers. I waited for about 40 mins while another customer was being serviced. Despite the hold up, once I was taken care of I walked out with a smile on my face,feeling confident
