Harsh consequences for the innocent and light punishments for the bad. It's just plain backwards here. Nobody helps anybody out. Good luck working with this place and the miserable folk inside it.

Nobody is helpful. Everybody is rude or looks like they want to die. It's just so depressing. This is a Miserable place where nobody works with you. I apologize greatly if this is the place you go to find any form of justice.

I keep getting mail for a person I don't know from the court. I have wrote "return to sender" on it every time something arrives and I still receive these letter from the court. I don't even live in Ohio. How do I stop these from coming?

I'm not sure about this but maybe if you call the muskingum county clerk of courts they could look up that name and remove your address. Tell them you keep getting mail for that person. Just a thought. I get mail for 7 people who I do not know that no longer live here. I keep sending it back they keep coming. I've never had any from a court though. Good luck 😊

Call the Court and ask if you qualify for the traffic diversion program. If you are eligible and complete the online program, your case will be dismissed.
