Who do I need to contact when i was supposed to move into a completely habitable apartment and nothing works? The apartment doesn’t have hot water, A/C doesn’t work, stove not working, electrical problem, and mold. I contacted landlord, nothing done

You need to put in writing to ur land lord what is not working also give a copy of it to housing. They will contact him. Also u have to keep paying ur portion of the rent if u have one. Housing will take care of everything else.
