I went for my 3rd appointment at a satellite office which was a 30 minute drive for me. (After getting 2 confirmation calls) When I went to check in, receptionist said that they were not there and had other patients show up as well. They had no idea why they were not there to see patients. I had taken my last thyroid pill that morning so I definitely needed a refill. I called the office to see about just getting enough called in until they rescheduled. No answer. I left a message. That was a week ago and I still haven't gotten a call back. I've left several messages since as well. Thankfully my primary care called in my thyroid meds. You can't just stop taking those, it can cause major issues. I guess I'll have to go to the main office to pick up my records for the new endocrinologist. I will not be going back here. I was seeing Samantha McGill.
