Company refuses to stand by door products of their door manufacturer HMI. A door in excess of $10k leaked initially, destroying a portion of brand new hardwood flooring (which they never bothered to even offer to reimburse for the damage). After many months of complaints, door was finally replaced. New door had all it's trim start melting off around the glass. We were told it was due to the storm door.... The storm door Elmer door sold and installed with the entry door. HMI is very standoffish and unwilling to correct their issue. Many excuses over bad glue, bad batch of trim, etc. Finally replaced the trim and after they're done we find the new trim doesn't match the rest of the door. Elmer door blames HMI. This is a nearly TWO YEAR ongoing issue for an entry door. Lots of finger pointing and many hours of phone calls, emails, visits, but in the end my check was written to Elmer door and I'm stuck with a very expensive door that doesn't match itself.

Charging $195 an hour to look at sliding door that needs adjusted isn't happening. We have used them for over 15 yrs and they are ok, just ok not $195 an hour worth.

Replace broken garage door springs mechanism.. Elmer Door did a good job replacing 2 springs on our garage door. Called on Monday and job done Wednesday afternoon. I dealt with Chris who took my information and Jim did the actual job. Both very polite and professional. Price was good and reasonable. They are in Elmer, NJ and the job was in Millville, NJ. Highly recommend this company.

Watch out! Had a garage door repaired by them, but afterward both doors opened at the same time instead of operating independently. Long story short, because we are moving out of state, had a lot of things going on and it took a few weeks to get back to them. Today they came (after canceling once) out and in about 5 minutes fixed it but made me pay a service fee of $79. Very disappointing. The technician said the warranty on his previous work was "only good for 10 days." Can you imagine??
