Yes, with limitations. Shirley offers coaching and hypnotherapy. Some examples of how she has helped minors is with panic attacks and phobias such as school phobia. Shirley does not prescribe medication for minors.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Shirley legally prescribes the following medications. -antidepressants -non-habit-forming anti-anxiety medication -non-habit-forming sleep aids -non-stimulant medication for ADHD -medications to wean off habit-forming meds *Shirley does NOT prescribe: -Stimulants for ADHD -Mood Stabilizers for Bipolar Disorder

Not directly. Shirley is considered "Out of Network". Shirley doesn't physically take your insurance card and bill insurance, however, she can provide a "Superbill" on request which you can send to you insurance company for reimbursement. Most PPO insurances pay 50-70% of her fees if you have met your yearly deductible. If you would like a "Superbill" please request one at the time of your session.
