My first visit there I immediately noticed the friendly staff. I receive excellent care for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

I just can’t give this staff enough praise. We live in Wildwood but drive just a little bit further because the staff here is AMAZING! Not one time have I seen any of them have any type of attitude. They always are polite and smiling. You can also tell they really care for animals too, which you’d be surprised at some vet offices! I love the Vets themselves. We usually see Dr Heckman. She is very nice and so lovable towards the animals! She makes sure they feel as comfortable as possible. Today I brought my new puppy in and saw Dr Corn for the first time. She is also very nice and compassionate! They even threw in a complimentary nail trim for my puppy. We will most likely continue to come to this location as the staff is great and our animals seem to love them. Oh and also, the office and rooms are ALWAYS clean. Thank you guys for providing such great care to our babies! And a special thanks from Milo, Coco, and Rex!

They misdiagnosed my beautiful Persian kitty and charged me $400. For an exam, urinalysis & some anti inflammatory meds. It took them 4 days to get test results from urinalysis & said they didn’t think there was infection. They said, if he’s not better, take him to UrgentVet!?!?!? Really????? Kitty suffered needlessly for 6 days so I took him to urgentvet. Did urinalysis right then, bad bladder infection! Never Ever go to Buffalo Ridge!!!

I'd been wanting to leave a review here for a while. I seasonally stay in FL and was in need of an emergency visit with my dog. I found VCA to be incredibly accommodating for my dog even though I had never visited here before our first emergency visit. The vet, I'm not sure of her name, was also very straightforward. The two times I had to come here over the last year or two, I always felt that they did what was necessary for the animal and didn't pressure me to go above and beyond as I always felt my vet in CT did to me. If I lived in FL, they would definitely be my primary vet!

Are awesome and it's not just 8 to 5 on Saturdays and Sundays have them give them a call and see when they are open because I brought my dog in at like 4 in the morning and they were there and they took care of her and didn't charge me an arm and a leg and she had to have stitches cuz she got bit by a coyote
