How much does the gym fee cost for a resident of the villages?

The Fitness Center is only for residents, and costs $120 for 3 months. The daily fee is $5. There's also a weekly and monthly fee but not sure of the cost.

Are the gyms in the rec centers free if you're an owner or a renting?
