I'm honestly not trying to be mean but I haven't had any luck with online or anything. I've tried calling all 6 numbers they gave and two were disconnected, two had full mailboxes so it just hung up on me and the other just literally disconnected after 2 to 3 seconds without even ringing. This is after I emailed them 4 times that same week and I didn't get a response. The best part is that all I was doing is renewing my case that was already approved 4 times. It has been close to 2 months and I still haven't received anything. No excuses for this type of treatment.
I agree with online. And always by USPS mail.
