I can never get through. Why have a number that we can call to talk to somebody? Everybody can drive to gulfport and wait in those ridiculous long lines. Its so frustrating

Call over and over we always got through within 5 to 10 min...just hang up and call many times. The lines can be avoided if you go at non peak times

Yea I'm having problems getting through because they unhook the lines ..that's what I think is going on.
