Why is the phone number not working for the office. I missed a call from my case working and it won’t let me call it keeps saying the number is unavailable and I’ve been calling every 20 minutes since yesterday.

U have to keep xalling up there and ask to speak to the supervisor

I can tell you that they do not do their job right and they need a new person manager over them for sure also the vunerable adult line neglect or abuse forget that one also. Unless you have a knife stuck in you by someone or a gun they will not come. There are so many that I know have had this same experience. I know I am over 62 and had falls and other bad things happen ed n to me made the reports and no one ever came not even aging & adult services. I even went up to gulfport took me a while to get there and no one came out to talk to me. The manager came out from up front of family and children services and dialed Sunda Benettes number the overall and never did she return my calls. That is why so many are in the nursing homes these days.
