What can you do about constantly calling up there you get a busy signal,and when you get sent to you case worker line it's voice recorder but I got a letter in the mail stating I've been cut off because lack of cooperation for recertification review

Courtney Welch I've been having the same problem for a month and I dont have a vehicle so it's kinda difacult to just go up there. I talked to a couple of the other department selections and they said that have had a problem with the phone lines in that department and I know this has been going on for more than a couple weeks now
