I have a chiwawah that id 10 months old .he chokes and gags like he has to cough something up.he does weaze when he breaths. Once in awhile he does this. Since I've brought him outside he's chokei more since 330pm nonstop.He is vaccinated.😢

Sounds like pneumonia to me also. My dog had a similar problem she would only do it when she got excited or was running and playing. She has been near our pool and fell in in late fall and breathed in some water and ended up getting water in her lungs causing pneumonia. She would cough and wheeze and act like she was going to throw up. Her front paws would be close in front to brace herself and she would just keep coughing. I don't know if that helps at all, maybe it'll give you a starting point.

Java is the place to go. They are amazing

Maybe has allergies or pneumonia. Should be checked. Some animals act that way when have worms also
