Why is it that I make an appointment for my truck to do maintenance and changed rear seals it takes you 2 weeks to do the work ,and not only that your technician puts the seals in backwards

Ill never let hill Kelly touch my truck again. They had it for over a month on warranty work when we first got it. The work was some thing to do with the alternator. Its cheaper to send it elsewhere and the work is done right the first time and i don't have to hear the bull s-- t excuses

mistakes happen.

Wow that is unlike them, have you file a complain? I am sure they fix it.
