Don't think hill Kelly would have anything that low. All the cars there are well maintained and mostly newest. I got a 2017 for 13,000 though

I'm probably not the right person to ask. However, typically most major dealership franchises save for resales trades which they can offer longer term warranties of service, quality, and dependability. Those in which they have less invested in are typically wholesaled to other retailers.
