An oil change was to be 59.95 ended up being 89.89. Had a oil change and was looking at the bill they charged an additional $7.50 to push the reset button on the steering wheel that was a first and was surprised by the charge, usually that is part of the oil change. Never have I been charged for that by any other dealership. Also I had a check engine light on and they tried to tell me that I needed a new battery and battery cables. Which where done a month ago. Turns out it was a fuel problem bad gas. I had it checked out at the Mobile AL. dealership . I called to speak with the service manager left a message and they never returned that call to me. I was in the market for another truck but I did not buy it from this dealership. I went to mobile. And bought a new truck. I will not use this dealership ever again. They are not customer friendly. Service advisor was Judy and she was friendly. Very disappointed.

My elderly mother owns a Ford that is several years old. She received several recall notices on it. But she was afraid to take it in by herself. So on a recent visit, I took the car to World Ford in Pensacola for service. The experience was excellent. The service associate, Anthony Milsteen was fantastic. They were extremely professional and courteous and responsive, and agreed to do the necessary recall work right away. I was so impressed with this dealership. And I highly recommend them. They get a 10 in my book. If they are going to be that responsive to my elderly mother’s older Ford with recall issues, I am certain they will be that way with everyone that owns a Ford.

Ray... I’m so pleased your experience of a simple issue was pleasant. But your scenario isn’t shared with mine. My vehicle requires a 2-3 day stay (based off the estimated time frame) and it’s not a in-n-out fix. This issue is a manufacture defect and I require transportation in the meantime., Quick question: Putting yourself in my shoes... (high heels) How would you feel if you had an issue that wasn’t due to your misuse or negligence and you were Required to pay for a rental while it was fixed?

I'd go somewhere else. The shop rate there is $144 an hour. Gulf Breeze auto motive is highly rated and $100 hour. Pine Forest Automotive is highly rated and shop rate is cheaper and they do mechanic and body work
That would be great if you could get ahold of the service manager. I have been waiting on a return call for 5 days now. I do not have one good thing to say about World Ford Pensacola. Advise everyone of my experience documented with pictures
