That would be great if you could get ahold of the service manager. I have been waiting on a return call for 5 days now. I do not have one good thing to say about World Ford Pensacola. Advise everyone of my experience documented with pictures

Surprise, surprise. I'm been a World Ford customer for years. Just today, I had a simple question for the service department. I was told by the receptionist that she could not raise anyone in the svc dept. I asked for the Service Mgr, not answering either. I then asked to speak to the Gen Mgr, and guess what, no answer after 2 attempts. I was PO'ed. I left the Gen. Mgr. a msg but we all know how that goes. I left the msg at 2:00 PM, almost 2 hrs ago and no call back!!! THEY DON'T CARE!!!
