I was just wondering if anyone else gets the full run around with world ford out in Pensacola when it comes to the extended warranty? Nothing but transfers, on hold forever, no call back, and of course you get hung up on. Anyone else?

That would be great if you could get ahold of the service manager. I have been waiting on a return call for 5 days now. I do not have one good thing to say about World Ford Pensacola. Advise everyone of my experience documented with pictures

Surprise, surprise. I'm been a World Ford customer for years. Just today, I had a simple question for the service department. I was told by the receptionist that she could not raise anyone in the svc dept. I asked for the Service Mgr, not answering either. I then asked to speak to the Gen Mgr, and guess what, no answer after 2 attempts. I was PO'ed. I left the Gen. Mgr. a msg but we all know how that goes. I left the msg at 2:00 PM, almost 2 hrs ago and no call back!!! THEY DON'T CARE!!!

Never experienced anything but quality customer service from World Ford of Pensacola.
