Update: Went in for 2nd time for them to put a missing part in my car for a recall; a part they should have had on hand. Apparently, their receptionist (who was quite rude) gave me the wrong date ti come in for them to fix their careless screwup (not having the part they needed to fix my car for a recall—an appointment that took me 1.5 months to get, and even though they had my car for 3.5 hours). Got to the dealership on 10/15/22–for nothing. The rude receptionist told me to come on the wrong day! My horrendous experiences started with these buffoons when I went in for repairs on 9/17/22. They didn’t shut my car’s hood properly- which could have caused a serious accident. I also spoke with a salesman there about purchasing a car there. While my credit rating is not the best it’s not the worst either. Told the sales person what I wanted to pay. The salesman was manipulative, condescending, degrading. Tried to offer me extremely low trade-in value for my car, whereas another dealership offered $500 more. I called to speak with the sales manager and he was rude, too. Next, I received a call from the dealership manager; apologized for the treatment I received. However, on 9/26/23 I received a voicemail stating they were missing the part for the recall they had supposedly completed on my car. So even though I was at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours and it took me a month and a half to get that appointment, apparently they were missing a part. Now I have to go back in and wait again - a 3rd time which is a huge inconvenience. This dealership just does not know what it’s doing. And they are extremely rude, rude, rude to people!

Bob Folker and Steven Metcalf and the Allen Turner team were amazing, they were very thorough and did not sugar coat anything, no markups, no hidin-fees. Explained everything in simple terms and where not pushy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle to stop in and experience the same as I did today. Simply put WOW. Thank you

I called DMV and they said the dealer has to issue it. Dealer is over an hour away though.
Service is open 7.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri. Sat 8am-5pm
