Why is it when you call to inquire about a reservation you give your res number then your told I’m going to cancel the reservation why just asking questions because I never use this company before not helpful at all first impression wasn’t good

This is the worst Rental company I've ever used. If you can please stay far away from them. They are very unprofessional and rude.

The call center people are not courteous and professional enough. Specially male one but the service is good.
