Just don’t do it. Go anywhere else but here. You’d be doing yourself and them a favor because they clearly don’t want to do any work. They don’t give you any updates. They say 2 hours, turns to 4, then they come out and tell you they just put on 1 tire. And make it your cars fault when they specifically ordered the tires for your car. They are just kids playing with tires and on their phones all day. Not specialists! Better off going to local mechanics on that same street for way less time and much cheaper.

We had a nail in our tire, which was supposed to be a quick fix. They ruined the tire in the process of fixing it and now want us to pay for two tired to replace. Will never come back.

The staff at Pep Boys is very professional and very courteous and they know what they're doing I highly recommend it definitely Christian and a manager and doing the cost of the money time they help me out tremendously
