If I could I will put 0 start on this place, I been waiting for 4 hours this security is drunk in IRS department. This is unacceptable. People was waiting here for hours and he was skipping people inside telling them if they know someone inside he will let them pass. I don’t what company will allow this type of behavior.

Impossible. I was there in person and call by phone and no body gave me the appointment. I just wait for the office open. 😥
They will keep pushing for you to sign up for an online account and use their website, if you get an error making your account you have to figure out how to talk to them and ask them for an appointment. When you get the appointment go there earlier than expected by 15 minutes. Wait times can be long, their staff are very nice and helpful. If you show them respect, they give it back and they do their best.
No as a janitor in the Irs, they are only taking appointments. If u don't have one, they will tell u to make one. This due to covid, sorry for the inconvenience.
