Went in for an 8am oil change appointment on a weekday. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours, so I waited there. At 2 hours, I asked for a status update, and the car had just gone on the lift. Finally got my car back after 2 hours and 50 minutes. No explanation provided. Won’t go back.

I’ve been to this Pep Boys several times in the past. Each time, they always give me the rundown of what’s going on with my car. They don’t try and add on a bunch of unnecessary extras. I’d like to state for the record, David is very straightforward and easy to work with. He gives you options and explanations for what’s going on and it’s guys like him that keep customers coming back.

The worst place you can have your car at. My husband had the car there this morning to inspect a noise we've been hearing. Forget about that they didn't even find what's the issue, but they even scratched the car by the wheel so much. We asked for the footage to see what happened but they wouldn't give it to us. Scammers. They charged us inspection fee instead of fixing what they ruined. Disgusting place. Horrible.

Depends on type of oil conventional, synthetic, etc. But somewhere between $30-$50. You should go on website for 20% coupon

I have a 2018 Rogue and get straight to the dealer and if you would have enrolled the Nissan programs coupons for 10 15 or $20 off your oil changes and even a discount on synthetic oil changes to I know it doesn't answer yours question about Pep Boys it's still fairly a brand new car
Go in for an estimate pay close attention what the sales rep tells you. Also ask proceed the work is going to be produced and to save the parts.

I believe so but if not then almost every car care center should have them.
They start at about $ 90 and up but to be honest, shop around, you'll save money that way. It's always to high at this business.
